Second stop: Berlin – Mall of Berlin | May 10

A. Organizer of the Event  
The event is hosted by Flix SE, Friedenheimer Brücke 16, 80639 München, Germany (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

B. Eligibility & Acceptance of Terms  
1. Participation is open to all individuals who are at least 18 years old. Minors may participate with written consent from a legal guardian.   
2. Participants may not sell, transfer, or share their event benefits.  
3. By registering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register. 

C. Participation & Prize   
1. Participation is free of charge and occurs by filling out a form. When registering, you must provide accurate and complete Registration Details.  
2. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will not be considered.  
3. By participating, you are entering for the opportunity to receive a signed football at the Berlin Trophy Tour event hosted by Flix SE in partnership with UEFA Europa League and UEFA Conference League. The signed football will be autographed by a UEFA Europa League or UEFA Conference League ambassador.   
4. The registration does not guarantee that you will receive a signed football, as these are limited and will be given away to random chosen winners. Winners will receive a confirmation email with instructions.   
5. Registration will close on May 7th, 2025 at 23:59 PM and winners will receive their confirmation email by May 8th.   
6. To collect your prize you must present the confirmation email, including your name and ID to the hostesses on the event day at the Mall of Berlin on May 10th, from 3pm to 6pm at our merch station.   
7. The Organizer reserves the right to deny the signed football to anyone unable to provide this email as proof of selection upon request or if winner does not collect the prize in the given timeframe above.

D.  Data Protection & Privacy  
1. By registering, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data in accordance with the Organizer's privacy policy (Flix SE Privacy Policy).  
2. Personal data will be used for purposes related to the event, including but not limited to registration, communications, access management, and post-event feedback.  
3. In order to fulfill obligations related to the event, your personal data may be shared with other entities involved in event organization.

E. Force Majeure & Event Cancellations  
1. "Force Majeure" refers to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control that prevent or make it impractical to host the event.  
2. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the event, including but not limited to the schedule, celebrity appearances, or location, due to unforeseen circumstances or other reasons beyond the Organizer’s control. Participants will be informed of any significant changes as soon as possible.  
3. In case of cancellation of the event, winners will be contacted to provide their address to receive the prize via mail. 

F. Exclusion of Liability  
1. The Organizer is not liable for any loss, damage, liability, costs, claims, or expenses incurred by you in connection with the event, including but not limited to:  
•   Inability to attend or additional costs incurred due to weather, transport disruptions, industrial action, or other reasons outside the Organizer’s control.  
•   Loss of or damage to your property or personal belongings at the event.

G. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Legal Recourse  
1. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For participants from abroad, mandatory consumer protection regulations of the respective country of residence remain unaffected.  
2. Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions will be resolved in the courts of Munich.  
3. Legal recourse is excluded.

H. Final Provisions  
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
