Because “thank you” isn’t always enough

1. Organizer of the Raffle  
1.1 The giveaway is organized by Flix SE (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”). 

2. Eligibility  
2.1 Participation is open to natural persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and are legal residents of Germany. 
2.2 Participants residing in countries not listed in 2.1) are excluded from the giveaway. 
2.3 Each person may only participate once. Multiple entries will be disregarded. 
2.4 Employees of the Organizer, their relatives, and all persons directly or indirectly involved in the conceptualization and execution of the giveaway are excluded from participation. 
2.5 Participation is not contingent upon the purchase of goods or services. 

3. Participation Requirements   
3.1 Participation is free of charge. 
3.2 Participants must complete the form provided on this page and answer the following prompt: “Who do you look up to - and what makes them so special?”. 
3.3 Winners will be selected on 11.05.2026 based on the most creative answer. All eligible entries that meet the entry requirements will be entered into the prize giveaway. 
3.4 By participating, the Participant confirms that they are the sole creator and rights holder of the submitted content and that no third-party rights are infringed. 

4. Contest Duration  
4.1 The giveaway runs from 29.04.2026 until 10.05.2026 23:59 CET. 

5. Prizes  
5.1 Five (5) winners will be selected in total. 
5.2 The prizes will be attributed based on the most creative answers. 
5.3 The prizes for each winner include:

• 2 Complimentary tickets to Museum Island Berlin

• 2 free FlixBus or FlixTrain return vouchers

• 2-night hotel stay in iStay by NH Berlin City Ost (in a double room including breakfast)

5.4 The prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. 
5.5 The FlixBus and FlixTrain vouchers are valid until 31.12.2026. 
5.6 The vouchers are valid for any FlixBus or FlixTrain rides in our network (Turkey excluded) and can be entered at the end of the booking on www.flixbus.de, www.flixtrain.de or in the FlixBus app (in any language). 
5.7 The Museum Island tickets are valid for three (3) years starting from April 2026. Each ticket entitles one (1) adult visit to all museums on Museum Island Berlin on one (1) freely selectable day. The date of the visit can be chosen individually by the ticket holder within the validity period. 
5.8 The hotel stay includes two (2) overnight stays in a standard double room at iStay by NH Berlin City Ost, including breakfast and city tax. 
5.9 The hotel stay is subject to availability and must be arranged between the winners and the Organizer. Booking requests must be made at least two (2) weeks in advance. The Organizer will coordinate availability with the hotel. 
5.10 The hotel stay is valid from 01.07.2026 to 31.08.2026. 
5.11 If the hotel occupancy exceeds 80% for the requested dates, the hotel reserves the right to decline the booking and propose alternative dates. 
5.12 The hotel stay is fully covered by the voucher. Guests may be required to present a valid credit card upon check-in to guarantee any additional services (e.g. minibar, extras), which are not included in the prize. 
5.13 Any costs incurred beyond the scope of the prize (e.g. additional services at the hotel, travel to departure point) shall be borne by the winners. 

6. Winner Notification and Confirmation  
6.1 Winners will be contacted via email by 11.05.2026. 
6.2 If a winner does not respond within 7 working days, the Organizer reserves the right to reassign the prize. 

7.  Exclusion and Termination  
7.1 Only persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and are legal residents of Germany are eligible to take part in the giveaway. 
7.2 The Organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these terms, submit inappropriate content (e.g., discriminatory, offensive), or manipulate the giveaway. 
7.3 The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, force majeure, legal changes). 

8. Rights to Content and Privacy  
8.1 Participants agree to the collection and processing of their name, email address and country of residence for the purposes of this giveaway. 
8.2 Personal data will be processed in accordance with GDPR and the Flix SE Privacy Policy (available at https://global.flixbus.com/privacy-policy). By participating, entrants acknowledge they have read and understood the Privacy Policy.  

9. Liability  
9.1 The Organizer is liable for intent and gross negligence, and for damages caused by injury to life, body, or health. 
9.2 For minor negligence, the Organizer is only liable for the breach of material contractual obligations and only to the extent of foreseeable damage. 
9.3 The Organizer is not liable for any technical issues that prevent participation. 

10. Legal Recourse and Jurisdiction  
10.1 Legal recourse is excluded.  
10.2 These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions under Italian law that may provide additional or different rights to participants. 

11. Severability Clause  
If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.  

12. Agreement to Terms  
By participating, the Participant fully agrees to these terms and conditions.
