After building an extensive international network connecting Romania to major destinations across Europe, FlixBus is now taking the next step: launching intercity travel within the country. Starting this July, we are launching our first domestic bus network in collaboration with trusted local transport partners.

FlixBus Network in Romania: We connect 50 cities across 10 routes together with local partners

Together with our transport partners, we are offering a new alternative to traveling around the country – affordable, comfortable, and with a lower environmental impact compared to traveling by plane or personal car. The new domestic bus network will connect 50 cities through 10 lines, gradually covering Romania’s biggest cities and most visited destinations.

Travel with FlixBus from just 9.99 RON!

To mark the launch, new internal routes in Romania operated under FlixBus Romania trademark will be available at fares starting from 9.99 RON, for a limited period of time. Prices shown are in local currency.

The 9,99 RON price will be available starting 03.07.2025 for one-way travel dates from 10.07.2025 on all internal routes in Romania operated exclusively under FlixBus Romania Trademark*. The price applies to a limited number of seats per departure. After the limited number of 9,99 RON seats has been reached, prices may vary depending on seat availability, route, date and time of travel.

*Routes operated under the FlixBus Romania trademark can be identified by buses with the FlixBus logo and the indication “Operated by R. [Name of the Operator]” displayed at the time of ticket purchase. The 9,99 RON price does not apply to routes operated by other Cooperation Parners or FlixCompanies that do not include this specific indication.
