Flixbus Polska carrier:
- Before departure: full refund for any currency.
- After departure: no refund for any currency.
Flixbus Rus carrier:
- 0 to 7 days after departure: for all currencies, please refer to the prices displayed in the column “0 to 7 days after departure” of the following table.
- > 7 days after departure: no refund for any currency.
**Any bank transfer fees would be added to the reduced fare.
***Please note that bookings made through the US websites (domains “www.flixbus.com” and “es-us.flixbus.com”) are subject to a no refund policy before and after departure. Exceptions only if the carrier is Flixbus DACH, FlixMobility, Flixbus Polska, or Flixbus Rus: in these cases, the refund policy is the one described in the following table and accompanying legend.
To find out which carrier you booked your ride with, check your ticket invoice in your booking confirmation (which you received by email shortly after completing your booking). The following screenshot shows where your carrier's name is displayed on the ticket invoice.
