"Hell" (Cehennem) is a sheer vertical pit that you view from the rim. The contrast between the two, just metres apart, makes the site feel almost theatrical.

Mersin Marina & Seafront Corniche (Sahil Bulvarı) is the city's long waterfront promenade, running alongside the marina and out toward the sea. It's the kind of place where Mersin residents come in the evenings to walk, sit at tea gardens, and watch the boats. For visitors, it's a good way to get a feel for the city's pace — unhurried, sociable, and genuinely pleasant at sunset.

The mosaic depicts Aglaia, Thalia, and Euphrosyne — the three daughters of Zeus — and was created as part of a healing spring complex. An inscription on the mosaic promises wisdom and beauty to those who drink the water. It's a small museum, but the quality and condition of the mosaic make it well worth the short detour from the nearby sinkholes.
